Wednesday Night Welcome Reception and PassageMaker University Graduation (Stuart and Anacortes Trawler Fests only)
This kickoff reception and University graduation party is a must! Enjoy scrumptious hors d’oeuvres and receive important, detailed information about the seminars, exhibitors, and activities throughout Trawler Fest. It’s a wonderful opportunity to mingle with your fellow attendees and exhibitors. The fun will take place the Wednesday evening before the start of Trawler Fest from around 5-7:30 p.m. (Times vary by event location; for specific details, please go to the event home page.) Tickets for the Welcome Reception can be purchased in advance as well as at the registration office for $20 per person. This reception is complimentary for University and three-day Trawler Fest attendees. Afterward, the night is yours to have dinner around town. A list of restaurants is available on our website and at the registration office.
Thursday Night Trivia
Test your boating knowledge and regional expertise during a short and stimulating game of trivia. Teams will be formed, and winners will receive prizes from our national sponsors.

Friday Night Auction to Benefit Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society
A favorite part of the rendezvous aspect of Trawler Fest is the traditional Friday night auction after dinner. Auction items are generously donated by our sponsors and exhibitors, PMM advertisers, and local companies. Enjoy the lively atmosphere and friendly competition as attendees, exhibitors, and events staff try to outbid each other for the many quality items being auctioned off. All Trawler Fest auction proceeds benefit a recognized nonprofit organization, so your money is well spent and always goes to a good cause! (Donation receipts will be provided to those who purchase products.)
This year, the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society will receive all of the proceeds from our charity auctions in Stuart, FL, Anacortes, WA, Greenport, NY, and Solomons, MD. The mission of the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society is to provide, in partnership with the Navy and Marine Corps, financial, educational, and other assistance to members of the Naval Services of the United States, eligible family members, and survivors who are in need, and to receive and manage funds to administer these programs.

Purpose: This award recognizes the person who traveled the farthest to Trawler Fest.

Passport to Prizes
Mingle with the industry’s leading companies and win prizes! When you register, you’ll receive your passport. At each booth you visit, ask the exhibitor to place a passport stamp on the appropriate square of your passport. Then, turn in your completed passport for a chance to win! (You must visit at least 15 exhibitor booths to be eligible to win.)
