Teflon Tape and Zinc Anodes
Will a zinc anode still do its job if the threads of the plug holding the zinc are covered with teflon tape?  Without the tape I get a few drips which is why I prefer to leave it on.  Thanks to all who reply.

Regards,
Jeff

Yes, use a few wraps of tape. As you snug up the fitting the threads will cut the tape and you will have metal to metal contact.
