Second Annual PMM Photo Contest

Calling all photographers! We know many of you are cruising the world and inland waterways, gunkholing in bays and inlets, and experiencing sights that can’t be described with words. To help you share your experiences, we invite you to participate in the second annual PMM Photo Contest. This year’s categories are: The Boats, The People, and The Lifestyle.

We’re looking for the best photo in each category that are the most captivating, breathtaking, awe-inspiring shots. They may be of people, boats, scenery, wildlife, architecture, anchorages—anything the lens can focus on.

Rules

Photos must be high-resolution digital images submitted with photo credits and captions. You may submit one photo per category for our consideration. Photos will be judged on composition, focus, lighting, and content. Judges will select a winner and a runner-up for each category. The first-place photos will be featured in the October ’08 issue of PMM. The first-place photographer for each category will receive a complimentary two-year subscription or renewal and a Nikon camera. Runner-up photographers will receive a one-year subscription or renewal and a free one-year subscription to the new digital version of PMM.

All submissions will be profiled on the PMM website for your viewing pleasure. Submissions should be sent to christine@passagemaker.com and will be accepted until August 1.
