Solomons Exhibitor Checklist  

 

1.     Have you registered?

 

  • If you would like to register or would like more information on exhibiting at Trawler Fest and/or sponsorship opportunities for the 2008 PassageMaker Event Series, please contact Will Carlsen at 410.990.9086, ext. 25, or wcarlsen@PassageMaker.com.

 

  • *SPACE IS EXTREMELY LIMITED AND WILL SELL OUT QUICKLY! Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and a 50 percent deposit must be received in order to reserve your spot.

 

  • Registration received after September 4, 2008, will be charged a 10 percent late fee. Space is limited and will most likely sell out before the September 4 deadline, so please don’t wait to register!

 

 

2.     Do you need a place to stay?

·        For information about hotels in the Solomons area that are offering discounted rates for Trawler Fest, please go to Solomons Hotels.

 

3.     Have you received your confirmation letter?

 

·        We will begin sending confirmation letters to registered exhibitors in late August. If you do not receive a confirmation letter and have registered for the event, please contact Will Carlsen at 410.990.9086, ext. 25, or wcarlsen@PassageMaker.com.

 

·        PLEASE READ THE CONFIRMATION LETTER CAREFULLY. It contains pertinent information specific to the Solomons Trawler Fest (e.g., move-in/move-out times and procedures, shipping information, guest ticket order forms, etc.).

4.     Do you need guest tickets?

 

·        Your confirmation letter will include a guest ticket order form. As an exhibitor, you receive discounted rates on the seminar packages we offer. If you would like to purchase guest tickets, please be sure to do so by September 4, 2008, in order to qualify for our special rates. Forms should be faxed to 410.990.9095.

 

·        There will be a dinner party following the show each night. This is a fantastic opportunity to build and develop relationships with new and existing clients in a fun, relaxed environment.

 

5.     Do you need anything shipped?

 

·        If you are a sponsor or have purchased a promotional package and have banners or Welcome Kit materials that need to be shipped, please note: Materials must be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex, and must arrive no later than Friday, September 19, and not before September 17. 

 

·        A shipping address for promotional materials and donations will be included in your confirmation letter.
