Exhibitor Checklist
1. Have you registered?
- If you would like to register or would like more information on exhibiting at Trawler Fest and/or sponsorship opportunities for the new 2010 PassageMaker Event Series, please contact Will Carlsen at 410.990.9086, ext. 25, or wcarlsen@PassageMaker.com.
- *SPACE IS EXTREMELY LIMITED AND WILL SELL OUT QUICKLY! Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and a 50% deposit must be received in order to reserve your spot.
- Registration received after January 4, 2010, will be charged a 10% late fee. Space is limited and will most likely sell out before the January 4 deadline, so please don’t wait to register!
2. Do you need a place to stay?
· We are very pleased to announce our return to the beautiful Bahia Mar Resort & Yachting Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The resort is offering discounted rates to Trawler Fest participants for $169 per night. These rooms are filling up fast, so please make your reservations soon!

3. Have you received your confirmation letter?
· We will begin sending confirmation letters to registered exhibitors in late-December. If you do not receive a confirmation letter and have registered for the event, please contact Will Carlsen at 410.990.9086, ext. 25, or wcarlsen@PassageMaker.com.
· PLEASE READ THE CONFIRMATION LETTER CAREFULLY. It contains pertinent information specific to the Stuart Trawler Fest (e.g., move-in/move-out times and procedures, shipping information, guest ticket order forms, cocktail party order forms).
4. Do you need guest tickets?
· Your confirmation letter will include a guest ticket order form. As an exhibitor, you receive discounted rates on the seminar packages we offer. If you would like to purchase guest tickets, please be sure to do so by January 4, in order to qualify for our special rates. Forms should be faxed to 410.990.9095.
· There will be a dinner party following the show Friday and Saturday nights. This is a fantastic opportunity to build and develop relationships with new and existing clients in a fun, relaxed environment.
5. Do you need anything shipped?
· A shipping address for promotional materials and raffle donations will be included in your confirmation letter.
