Hotel Reservation Information
The Crowne Plaza Hotel in Warwick offers 266 newly renovated, oversized guest rooms featuring comfortable new beds, quiet zones, sleep CD, and sleep amenities. Discounted rate of $119 per night is provided for Trawler Fest exhibitors. For reservations call 401.732.6000.
Welcome Kit Materials
If you have purchased or would like to purchase a sponsorship that includes the opportunity to add items to the Welcome Kit, you will need to ship those items to the show prior to your arrival. PLEASE CLEARLY MARK THE SHIPPING BOX WITH THE WORDS, “WELCOME KIT.”
Promotional materials must be shipped via UPS or FedEx and must arrive no later than Monday, July 12, 2010, and not before Thursday, July 8, 2010. (Late items will not be included.) We will hand out 500 Welcome Kits, one for each couple or individual entering the show.
