Chris and his wife Alyse live aboard their personal 44 ft Motor Cruiser full-time since 1995. Chris earned his first USCG Captain's License at age 18, working in charter fishing & SCUBA diving operations in the Gulf of Mexico and in the Florida Keys. Operating oilfield service vessels, Chris also boasts a strong commercial marine background including maintenance and repair experience in some unique settings. Chris also enjoyed a successful Professional Sales Career while living in New Orleans. Alyse’s background includes boating on the Jersey Shore, a career as an Administrative Director of Nursing & more than a decade as a live-aboard and full time cruiser. Her significant experience allowed Alyse to also earn her USCG 100GT Masters license. This husband & wife team left the port of New Orleans in 2000 to continue their full time cruising adventure. Captain Chris Yacht Services allows Chris & Alyse to share their adventure and practical knowledge both with new boat owners and with those dreamers who have yet to find their perfect boat. You may find these Captains at sea all along the Eastern and Gulf Coasts of the United States.
