Cruising is all about family and enjoying adventures together. Few things are more beloved than our four-legged family members, which explains why so many cruisers shoulder the extra responsibility of adapting their boating lifestyles and bringing their dogs (and other pets) along for the ride.

Now through the end of the month, visitors of the website can view and vote for their favorite cruising dog as we work to crown the cutest cruising dog on the water.

"We put out the call for cruisers to share their dogs with us," said Peter Swanson, PassageMaker editor-in-chief. "People love their dogs an we've received an overwhelming response to our Pets Aboard series."

Over the last year, PassageMaker has collected and featured cruising pets every weekend, with the editors choosing their top 30 animals to be featured in the contest. The top 30 are available to readers to vote on over at through the end of the month. The top three dog owners will be awarded a radio form our sponsor, iCOM America, based on voting.
