The Boat Guy: Winter Rendezvous Part Deux (VIDEO)
Hey everybody, I'm so excited that the Poulsbo Winter Rendezvous is going to have a Part Deux (whatever the hell "deux" means).
This year we have have great returning partners like The Seattle Boat Showand enthusiastic new ones like Northwest Yachting Magazine. We also have most of our sponsors back from last year. The reason that it’s growing is simple. It was just so much fun last year! Everybody involved had a great weekend of boating, fun and fellowship. Frankly, those can be hard to come by in this area in February. That’s exactly why we at the Boat Guy came up with the idea in the first place. We were looking for some boating fun in the dead of winter ourselves, so we threw our own party.
Last year a lot of people were upset because it sold out so quickly. We were surprised ourselves. So don’t “dilly dally,” don’t put it off, buy your tickets NOW and make your moorage reservation immediately after buying your tickets.
You don’t want to be in the position many found themselves in last year, which was on the outside looking in. I’m convinced it’s going to sell out even faster this year, as the moorage is free! That’s right, no need to read that again, you read it correctly, FREE MOORAGE for the weekend! We can all thank The Seattle Boat Show for that! Frankly, after the huge job of putting on the Boat Show, those folks are looking for some fun the following weekend themselves.
So, buy your tickets, reserve your moorage ( Port of Poulsbo / reservations@portofpoulsbo.com / 360-779-3505) and come be part of a great weekend with us in Poulsbo.
Let’s not wait until June to celebrate how lucky we are to live in the boating heaven we do.
