It is no secret that the Pacific Northwest is home to some of the best cruising grounds the world has to offer. Cruiser Kevin Morris recently explored Patos Island, shooting some spectacular drone footage while cruising in his Nordic Tug 34.
Launched from the top of the boat's pilothouse, the drone captures an arial view of many of Patos Island's staple attractions including the Patos Lighthouse and national campgrounds. The area features 20,000 feet of explorable shoreline and you can really get an idea of the area's natural beauty.
Patos Island is located midway between the southern tip of Vancouver Island and northern Washington State.
