A search-and-rescue launched yesterday after watchstanders at the Coast Guard Seventh District command center received a report from the Royal Netherlands Navy Zeeland of a capsized 24-foot center console vessel has recovered the body of a fourth victim.

According to a Coast Guard press release, the Zeeland discovered the overturned vessel while enroute to Key West with "seven suspected migrants atop of the hull." The Dutch sailors also recovered the bodies of three others from within the hull of the vessel.

“There’s a Coast Guard cutter out there still searching for one missing person,” said Coast Guard spokesman Lt. Cmdr. Gabe Somma. The search will continue through the day. Somma declined to release the nationality of the migrants or where they left from.

The capsizing occurred some 75 miles northeast of West Palm Beach, Florida. Officials are still trying to determine the cause of the capsizing, but have said that the waters were reportedly calm on that day.
